Eagle Rotary utilizes proprietary edge finishing technology which assures cutting blade uniformity. Obtaining consistent cutting quality throughout the life of the die is significantly enhanced with the precision of this exclusive automated finishing process.

The blades on Eagle Rotary flexible plate dies are 50% -100% taller than the blades on competitive standard plate dies. This increased blade depth:

• Allows for thicker materials to be converted
• Enables the stripping function to be more effective
• Allows for utilizing “packing material” when the converter considers its use appropriate for a particular application
• Reduces material “de-lamination”
