products. Our exclusive metallurgy will often enable our superior
grade flexible plate rotary dies to outlast even the best solid
rotary dies.
Our various flexible plate die options enable converters
to reduce their cost-per-thousand by using the appropriate tooling
for each application and for every volume requirement.
- ER-1500
Our standard grade is a tool steel flexible plate for
better wear-resistance. The converter should expect
our “entry-level” option to outperform the best
competitive flexible plate dies currently available
- ER-3000
A special stainless steel which may be required for
most food applications. This product also has
advantages when processing some particular
materials, inks, and adhesives
- ER-4500
Highly advanced and exceptionally durable metallurgy
may enable this flexible plate die to outlast even the
best tool steel solid rotary dies. Appropriate for very abrasive
materials or for the minimum cost-per-thousand on applications
where converters have experienced
